02 Player Eligibility & Account Management

KF88 allows only one account per individual, home address, IP address, device, or payment method. Players found operating more than one account will face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending balances and bonuses.

All new players are required to complete the Identity Verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal request is processed. Required documents include:

• A copy of the national identity card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill within the last 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• A selfie with your identification document if requested by the compliance team

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Confirmed and accepted bets cannot be cancelled once the game has started

• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination

06 Accepted Player Conduct

KF88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity

• Self-exclusion request by the player themselves

10 Terms Amendments & Governing Law

KF88 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to players via registered email or an in-platform notice at least 48 hours before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the kf88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and all disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of kf88's registration. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to binding arbitration.
